Sophie managed to capture me perfectly in one piece of jewellery. It made it extra special to afterwards learn the journey that led to its creation and understand all the thought and care that went into it. Not only an incredible friend, Sophie is outstanding at what she does, bringing her undeniable knowledge and passion to each piece. It is not surprising that we returned to her to design our wedding bands. Her expertise led us towards something a little different for me and both were personalised with secret sapphires hidden inside and a secret message inscribed for Andy from me when he received his ring. My wedding band is a stunning companion for my perfect engagement ring. All this was done while living abroad, dealing with different time zones and doing everything via zoom. Sophie was patient and understanding, listening to what we wanted and offering advice on what would work best. I can't wait for another excuse to create something special with her.
I was seeking a 10th wedding anniversary gift and sought Sophie out - from the start she was receptive to my brief, fantastic with additional advice (especially regarding the 4C’s and sticking to a budget!) and turned around a mood board with examples really quickly - all of them being spot on. I finally settled on the ones you see in the picture. Throughout Sophie kept me informed of developments - the whole experience, from customer service to the end product, was exceptional.
